Experience: 10+ years (FMCG / Food Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end production planning & execution
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and wastage reduction
• Ensure quality standards and food safety compliance (FSSAI, GMP)
• Lead shop floor operations and manage production teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing
• Exposure to Masala / Spices / Instant Mix production
• Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills
