Location: Fatehpurberi, Chhatarpur
Shift: Rotational Shift
Responsibilities:
DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie):
Assist the CDP in food preparation and cooking.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Maintain quality control and consistency in food presentation.
Commi:
Help in the daily food preparation across various sections.
Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
CDP (Chef de Partie):
Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations.
Train and supervise junior staff members.
Manage stock levels and kitchen inventory for your section.
Trainees (Bakery & Confectionery):
Learn and assist in the preparation of bakery and confectionery items.
Follow guidance from senior chefs and develop new skills.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
Qualifications:
Preferred Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
