Position: Dairy Technologist in Techno-Commercial Marketing
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Specialization
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience
Location:
- New Delhi, Kolkata
Requirements:
- In-depth technical knowledge regarding the regulations in the dairy industry.
- Hands-on experience with trials for various end products.
Job Description:
- Handle techno-commercial activities for the Dairy Ingredients portfolio.
- Work with customers on application development, including Paneer, Ice Cream/Frozen Dessert, Cheese, UHT dairy products, and all dairy products.
- Develop new products and conduct trials at customer plants.
- Build and maintain client relationships through continuous follow-up to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients regarding product usage and troubleshooting.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to suggest new product innovations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with local and international dairy regulations.
- Training: Train clients and internal teams on new products and their applications.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of trials, product development processes, and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D and Sales teams to align product development with market demands.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the product development and implementation phases promptly.
