Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Specialization
- 2-3 years of experience in the field
Requirements:
- In-depth technical knowledge of dairy industry regulations
- Hands-on experience with trials for various dairy products
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the dairy industry
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative dairy ingredient solutions
- Providing technical support to customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Analyzing trial data and providing recommendations for product optimization
- Staying updated on industry developments and incorporating relevant advancements into our offerings
- Assisting in the preparation of technical documents, reports, and presentations
- Participating in industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about industry trends
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the organization
Job Description:
- Managing techno-commercial activities for our Dairy Ingredients portfolio
- Collaborating with customers on application development for products like Paneer, Ice Cream/Frozen Dessert, Cheese, UHT dairy products, and more
- Leading new product development and conducting trials at customer plants
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships through continuous follow-up
