Position: Dairy Production Manager
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹73,500 per month
Experience: 2–3 years in dairy production or a related field
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or any relevant discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day milk and dairy product processing operations.
- Ensure adherence to production quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards.
- Supervise production staff and coordinate with quality control and procurement teams.
- Maintain production and compliance records as per FSSAI and other regulatory norms.
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
