Exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo as a Customer Executive and be a key driver in strengthening market presence and distributor growth. If you have experience in FMCG sales and distribution and enjoy working closely with teams and distributors to grow business, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly secondary sales targets and drive gross revenue growth
• Plan efficient routes to increase productivity and market coverage
• Expand distribution by increasing the number of outlets served
• Improve SKU availability and ensure proper rack execution as per planogram
• Build strong market relationships to maximize customer satisfaction
Training & Team Development:
• Conduct one-on-one training for sales representatives
• Set monthly sales targets and monitor performance
• Coach teams in market execution and communicate incentive programs
Distributor Management:
• Manage distributor performance and ROI through joint business planning
• Support recruitment and retention of sales representatives
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), compliance, and timely market deliveries
• Strengthen distributor capabilities on PepsiCo sales competencies
Requirements:
Graduation/Post Graduation
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or sales distribution
Skills in negotiation, communication, people management, and analytics
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
