- Junior Chemist / Senior Chemist
- Qualification: MSc in Organic/Inorganic/Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Preferred Candidates: Male candidates preferred
- Skills: Must have technical skills & experience in testing of Milk & Milk Products
- Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine chemical and microbiological analyses of milk and milk products.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of test results and preparing reports.
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure product quality and safety.
- Investigating and troubleshooting any quality issues that arise.
- Micro-Biologist
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Tech in Dairy Technology/Food Tech/Bio Tech, M.Sc. in Microbiology, M.Tech in Dairy Tech
- Experience: 4-5 years
- Preferred Candidates: Male candidates preferred
- Skills: Must have technical skills & experience in testing of Milk & Milk Products
- Responsibilities:
- Performing microbiological tests on milk and dairy products to detect contaminants.
- Developing and implementing microbiological quality control protocols.
- Monitoring and analyzing microbial cultures and samples.
- Ensuring laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated.
- Providing technical support and training to other team members.
