Position: Chef – Frozen RTE (Ready-to-Eat) Product Development
Location: Haldwani, Nainital (Distt.), Uttarakhand
Experience Required: 5–10 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine frozen snack recipes based on trends and consumer insights.
- Conduct kitchen trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing.
- Collaborate with production teams for taste and quality consistency.
- Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance (FSSAI, HACCP).
- Train production staff on recipes and SOPs.
- Contribute culinary innovation in Indian, Chinese, and Southeast Asian cuisines.
- Generate unique product ideas aligned with modern taste preferences.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree/diploma or background in Food Technology.
- 5–10 years of experience in frozen/RTE product development.
- Strong knowledge of frozen snacks, food processing, and hygiene standards.
- Proven ability to innovate and deliver consumer-loved products.
