Location: Haldwani, Nainital (Distt.), Uttarakhand
Experience Required: 5–10 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine frozen snack recipes based on trends and consumer insights.
  • Conduct kitchen trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing.
  • Collaborate with production teams for taste and quality consistency.
  • Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance (FSSAI, HACCP).
  • Train production staff on recipes and SOPs.
  • Contribute culinary innovation in Indian, Chinese, and Southeast Asian cuisines.
  • Generate unique product ideas aligned with modern taste preferences.

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree/diploma or background in Food Technology.
  • 5–10 years of experience in frozen/RTE product development.
  • Strong knowledge of frozen snacks, food processing, and hygiene standards.
  • Proven ability to innovate and deliver consumer-loved products.
