Position: CC Quality Officer

Experience: 2 to 4 years in the fruits and vegetables sector
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Quality Control process at the CC Level for fruits and vegetables.
- Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure product integrity and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing produce to identify any quality issues or deviations from standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and farmers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding quality-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Profile:
