Position: BMC-Incharge (Only Male Candidates)
Location: Sagar & Chhatarpur (M.P.)
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. or Degree and Diploma in Dairy Technology
Experience: 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of the Bulk Milk Cooler (BMC) facility.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and transportation of milk according to quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the BMC area.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, milk producers, and transporters for effective milk collection and distribution.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues in the BMC and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare reports on BMC operations, including inventory management and quality checks.
