BIKANOR: Executive – Quality Assurance
Are you passionate about ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction? BIKANOR is seeking a dedicated Executive for Quality Assurance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Timely resolution of quality-related issues from the market or customers.
- Collecting feedback from consumer trial teams for sensory analysis and implementing necessary product improvements.
- Developing audit systems for process and hygiene improvement both internally and externally.
- Maintaining records of product batch numbers/codes, raw material/packaging material samples, semi-finished, and finished materials.
- Conducting physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished, and finished goods according to BIKANOR specifications.
- Monitoring and controlling customer complaints, online manufacturing processes to reduce foreign body complaints, leakages, and online product rejection rates.
- Documentation of training hours provided to stakeholders.
Job Location: Hyderabad Plant & Rai (Sonipat) Plant
