Job Responsibilities:

Manage international sales and marketing strategies for Bikano-Bikanervala products.
Oversee international distributors and sales channels, ensuring efficient operations.
Identify and appoint new distributors in vacant geographical areas to expand our global presence.
Implement FMCG-based processes in international markets, including market research, developing marketing plans, pricing strategies, value chain analysis, and competition benchmarking.

Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing findings to recommend effective strategies.
Take complete ownership of sales value and cultivate consumer equity in designated markets.
Participate in international fairs and exhibitions to foster relationships and acquire new customers.
