Position: F&V QC Incharge
Location: Hyderabad
Required Education and Experience: Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture with 4-6 years of experience in the same domain in retail or ecommerce.
Job Role:
- Analyze quality vs. price at various retail outlets & competitors to enhance efficiency on quality standards based on availability and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints for the respective Line of Business.
- Ensure F&V Write off/Dump is as per guidelines.
- Ensure hygiene & product quality for Cut F&V & HACCP compliance.
- Update stock & stock variance in the system.
- Ensure benchmarking as per the market.
Preferred:
- Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in Retail as QC in-charge.
- Strong communication skills (English, Telugu & Hindi).
