Open Positions & Responsibilities:
Production
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations
- Ensure adherence to GMP and production schedules
- Monitor efficiency and reduce wastage
Quality
- Implement and maintain quality control systems
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with FSSAI and ISO standards
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues
Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
- Maintain uptime of utilities and machinery
- Coordinate with production teams for timely repairs
Safety & Environment
- Monitor workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular safety drills and trainings
- Implement EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies
Accounts & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
Location: Food Tech Park, Khurda
