Job Responsibilities:
Ensure proper coordination to receive the production plan and arrange all resources accordingly.
Conduct testing and control as per KORE documents to ensure 100% safe products.
Ensure compliance with the cleaning and sanitation program as per the matrix.
Achieve targets of quality measures.
Ensure FSSC and QMS goals are met.
Oversee the calibration of lab and process measuring instruments as per defined frequencies.
Implement defined PRPs, OPRP, and CCP effectively.
Initiate corrective actions based on internal and external audit gaps.
Ensure GMP and hygiene practices are followed during syrup manufacturing.
Supervise calibration and verification of interlocks throughout the syrup and CIP section.
Ensure proper drainage and cleaning of all tanks in the CIP section.
Qualifications:
B.Tech in Food Technology

Salary:
Manager QA: Up to ₹14 LPA
Assistant Manager QA: Up to ₹10 LPA
Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the food, beverages, or brewery industry.
