We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Barista Trainer. This role involves interacting with our Barista team, handling the Training and Development part.
Responsibilities:
Training:
- Conduct sessions for new hires and current baristas.
- Develop and update training materials.
- Demonstrate coffee brewing techniques, equipment usage, and maintenance.
- Teach coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
Quality Control:
- Ensure adherence to standards.
- Perform assessments, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
Customer Service:
- Train in best practices and role-play customer interactions.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records, schedule sessions, and collaborate with managers.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on trends, incorporate feedback, and participate in industry events.
