Bakery & Confectionery Production Manager
We are seeking a skilled Bakery & Confectionery Production Manager with experience in industrial and commercial setups to join our team at our food processing plant in Manesar, Gurgaon.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of baked goods and confectionery products in compliance with industry standards.
Develop and implement new recipes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage the production process to ensure timely delivery and efficient workflow.
Monitor and ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations.
Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product consistency and improvement.
Train and guide the production team on baking and confectionery techniques.
Troubleshoot any production issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Job Requirements:
Hands-on experience in the bakery and confectionery industry.
Experience working in an industrial or commercial setup.
Strong knowledge of food processing and quality control standards.
