Job Description:

BajoFoods Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Operation Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, with a strong background in QSR and Cloud Kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of our cloud kitchens and QSR outlets to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff and service personnel, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all food products meet company standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resources to meet financial targets.
Training and Development: Train new staff and continuously work on improving the skills of existing team members.
