B. Braun Medical (India) Pvt. Ltd., located near Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an experienced Executive – Production to join their dynamic team. Established in 2007, this state-of-the-art facility manufactures over 2000 types of Surgical Sutures, producing more than 35 million units annually. With a workforce of over 360 people, it is integrated with B. Braun’s Center of Excellence for Sutures in Spain, contributing significantly to the global supply of high-quality surgical sutures.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the sutures production area to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
Ensure the production of quality products while adhering to GMP/FDA regulations.
Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through continuous monitoring and training of operators.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 13485, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) for product quality, safety, and environmental management.
Support occupational health, safety, and environmental initiatives in line with B. Braun’s corporate values.

High commitment to meeting production goals and quality standards.
Shift Requirements:
Willingness to work in all three shifts, including night shifts.
