About the Role:
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This role will support food technology processes and solutions, focusing on product quality, food safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply food technology knowledge to support processes and product solutions.
- Implement Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC 22000, BRCGS).
- Prepare SOPs, analyze root causes for complaints, and implement CAPA.
- Lead Product Development and Process Improvements.
- Conduct Internal Audits and GMP audits.
- Perform shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations.
- Provide training and technical support to production and marketing teams.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science & Technology / Processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety Management, and Audits.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for cooking and food innovation!
