Location: Navi Mumbai
Department: Quality – QC/QA
Reporting to: General Manager – Quality
Role Purpose:
Support the Head of Quality & Procurement in ensuring product quality through rigorous inspections, testing, and implementation of quality control standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and supplier compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, audits, and product testing.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead a team of quality technicians and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure supplier quality.
- Maintain quality documentation and submit regular reports.
- Ensure adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and testing tools.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
