Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and test quality of milk and milk products
• Handle CCP monitoring & verification
• Maintain lab equipment calibration and update LIMS
• Ensure adherence to GLP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Maintain testing records and perform data entry
• Verify coding for products like dahi and smoothies
• Coordinate with internal and external teams
• Maintain 5S standards at the workplace
Associate – Quality Assurance
Requirements:
• B.Tech in Dairy/Food Technology or B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and technical decision-making skills
• Knowledge of quality systems, SOP compliance, and food technology
