As an Associate – Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining overall quality parameters of milk and milk-based products, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing and monitoring the quality of milk and milk product online samples
- CCP (Critical Control Point) monitoring and verification
- Calibration of laboratory equipment as per defined frequency and updating records in LIMS
- Following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) at the workplace
- Maintaining accurate testing records and LIMS data entry
- Dahi and Smoothie product coding verification
- Ensuring GMP and Food Safety compliance on the production floor
- Maintaining 5S standards at the workplace
- Coordinating with internal and external department partners
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
- B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology
- B.Sc (Chemistry)
- M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good technical decision-making ability
- Compliance with SOPs
- Strong knowledge of food technology and quality systems
- Team player with multitasking capability
