Schreiber Foods is looking for a dynamic production professional to supervise and manage shift operations, ensuring seamless production flow, compliance with food safety standards, and efficient material management in the ORACLE system.
Associate Production|Schreiber Foods
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company goals: Safety, Quality, CCPM & Productivity
- Ensure SOP compliance for material entry, dispensing & CIP processes
- Maintain RM/PM availability for production
- Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP & GMP standards
- Execute process excellence initiatives & sustain 5S culture
- Maintain shift records, calibration logs & daily activity reports
- Optimize manpower utilization and maximize rework recovery
Eligibility:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Chemical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in Tetra Pak operations
- Strong technical, communication & problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated & team player
