Job Description
Responsible for producing high-quality UHT products as per customer requirements and organizational standards by using manufacturing tools, process skills, and food safety systems such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
What You’ll Do
- Execute production as per the defined plan
- Maintain required reports and documentation
- Supervise daily production activities
- Reduce RMW and optimize utility usage
- Ensure first-time-right quality production
- Monitor and improve plant productivity and equipment efficiency
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene in operating and packing areas
- Follow Food Safety, Human Safety, GMP & 5S practices

What You Need to Succeed
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Dairy Technology)
Experience: 2–5 years in a relevant manufacturing role
Personal Skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong compliance with SOPs
- Good knowledge of technology and quality systems
- Team player with multitasking ability
