Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese production and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Maintain quality standards, GMP, HACCP, and ISO compliance.
- Improve OEE, yield, and minimize downtime and production losses.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production planning teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, manage production logs, and ensure food safety and hygiene.
- Lead shift handovers, safety talks, and team coordination.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Dairy Technology or Dairy Science
4–5 years of experience in Cheddar & Mozzarella manufacturing
Knowledge of SCADA, cheese manufacturing technology, GMP, HACCP & ISO
Strong communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset
Location: Baramati, Maharashtra, India
