About the Role
As a Sr. Planogram Analyst, you will deliver best-in-class automated planograms using Space Planning and Planogram Generator tools. You’ll partner closely with business units, solve complex merchandising problems, and lead multiple projects with strong ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact for planogram builds
Build automated planograms using Planogram Generator
Break down complex business problems into scalable solutions
Partner with BUs to build strong business context
Lead multiple projects with advanced project management skills
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
Share category, system, and tool knowledge across the team
Create a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree
7–10 years in merchandising; 4+ years in Planogram Generator
Strong expertise in JDA / Blue Yonder Space & Planogram Generator
Advanced skills in Planogram scripting & Space Automation Pro
Basic to intermediate C# coding knowledge
Advanced Excel & VBA skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
