We’re on the lookout for an experienced and process-driven Assistant R&D Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. You’ll be at the forefront of food innovation—developing recipes, refining processes, and helping scale products with precision and creativity.
What You’ll Do:
Drive culinary R&D for scalable recipes and food products
Collaborate with culinary, marketing & production teams
Optimize dishes for blast freezing & shelf life
Streamline kitchen-to-manufacturing transitions
Keep pace with food tech, trends, and flavor science
Who You Are:
Hotel Management graduate (advanced degree preferred)
2+ years in culinary R&D or food manufacturing
Deep knowledge of Indian cuisines & regional flavors
Strong in recipe testing, food chemistry & process design
Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented
