We’re Hiring: Assistant Quality Manager – International Food Exports (FMCG)
At Basillia Organics Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: Gudmom), we are building a global organic and millet-based food brand, working with 7000+ farmers and exporting to North America, Europe, and Australia.
To strengthen our international quality systems and export compliance, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Quality Manager who can lead global food safety standards, certification audits, and export quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control across procurement, production, packaging, and dispatch
Handle international certification audits: BRC, Sedex (SMETA), Costco, HACCP, GMP
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, NPOP, NOP, EU Organic, and global food safety standards
Manage supplier audits, internal audits, and third-party certification processes
Establish traceability systems, CAPA, and product recall protocols
Monitor raw material and finished goods quality with lab testing protocols
Collaborate with export, documentation, and international buyer teams
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in food safety, hygiene, and process optimization
Ideal Candidate
• Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology
• 2–8 years experience in FMCG / Food Processing / Export Quality Management
• Hands-on experience with BRC, Sedex, Costco, Organic Certifications (NPOP, NOP, EU)
• Strong expertise in international audits and export quality compliance
• Experience with ERP / Quality Management Systems
• Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
