Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure organic pulses, spices, millets & other agri commodities from reliable suppliers.
- Identify and develop new vendors, farmers, suppliers and sourcing channels.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement and consistent supply.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Logistics and Export teams to meet purchase requirements.
- Monitor market prices, availability and seasonal trends of agricultural commodities.
- Ensure procured materials meet quality, organic certification and export standards.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, documentation and inventory requirements.
- Support cost optimization and ensure competitive sourcing without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement/Sourcing.
- Strong expertise in Pulses, Spices, Millets & Agri Commodities.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the Organic Food / Export Industrypreferred.
- Good communication, analytical and coordination skills.
