Role Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll oversee the design, development, and execution of kitchen setups for newly acquired properties. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure projects are completed within tight timelines (TAT), and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, planning, and execution of kitchen interiors.
Regularly report project status and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders for design and feasibility approvals.
Verify vendor bills, negotiate costs, and ensure adherence to BOQs.
Collaborate with operations teams for seamless handovers and store openings.
Handle project-related maintenance issues in coordination with relevant teams.
Develop and update BOQs with the latest technologies and fit-outs.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines without quality snags.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven team and vendor management skills.
Experience in lease development projects, ideally for QSR or dark kitchens.
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Proficiency in Project Management Tools, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel.
High-level negotiation, ownership, and leadership skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
