Position: Assistant Production Manager (01 Position)
Experience: 6–10 years
Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology
Industry Preference: Milk/Dairy industry experience preferred (NDRI candidates preferred)
Joining: Immediate
Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
Location: Roorkee
Gender: Male candidates only
Assistant Production Manager|Paras Dairy
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor and control production processes to meet company standards and regula tory compliance.
- Plan and schedule production activities to optimize manpower and resources.
- Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth workflow.
- Analyze production data and suggest process improvements to reduce wastage and downtime.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to ISO/FSSAI guidelines.
- Supervise and train production staff to enhance productivity and team performance.
