Working Hours: 9 Hours | Shift-Based
Job Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Execution
- Raw Material & Process Handling
- Hands-on Process Control
- Manpower Management
- Coordination with Quality & Maintenance Teams
- Safety, Hygiene & GMP Compliance
- Documentation & Reporting
Qualification
- BSc / Diploma / BE – Food Technology
- Mechanical / Production Background
- ITI or relevant technical qualification (acceptable with experience)
Experience Required
- 3–7 years in food manufacturing
- Minimum 2–3 years in frozen food / potato processing
- Experience in French fries, frozen snacks, or RTE productspreferred
Assistant Production Head
Preferred Industry Background
- Hands-on experience with reputed frozen food & potato processing companies
- Strong exposure to French fries production
