Key Requirements:
- Education: B Tech in Food Technology, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in Food Science
- Experience: 6+ years in the Chips & Namkeen industry
- Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Certification Audits in the Food industry
- Client handling experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality control processes for production
- Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Handle client inquiries and provide effective solutions for quality concerns
- Monitor and evaluate supplier quality to ensure product consistency
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance production processes
- Lead and train the quality team to ensure high standards are maintained
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management
