Position: Assistant Manager – R&D / Food Technologist
Location: Hoskote, Bangalore, Karnataka
Department: Research & Development
Experience: 6–7 years
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Food Science or Food Technology
CTC: ₹7–9 LPA

Key Responsibilities
• Lead new product development from concept to commercialization
• Develop and optimize recipes and formulations for taste, texture, and nutrition
• Design and improve scalable food-processing techniques
• Manage pilot batches, product testing, and production scale-up
• Conduct sensory evaluation and product testing
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and relevant food-safety regulations
• Analyze R &D and production data and prepare technical reports
• Troubleshoot product, process, and packaging-related issues
• Monitor food trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies
• Support cost-effective raw-material sourcing and production methods
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of food-processing technologies
Lab-scale experimentation, pilot production & scale-up
HACCP, GMP & food-safety regulations
Sensory analysis & product testing
Product development & technical problem-solving
