Position: Assistant Manager – Quality
Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India
Experience: 5+ years in food manufacturing (preferably MNCs)
Qualification: Graduate in Food Tech or related domain
Are you passionate about quality systems, food safety, and continuous improvement in manufacturing? Join our team to lead quality control, drive packaging projects, govern integrated pest management, and uphold the highest standards in food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality checks for FG & RM approvals
- Lead packaging trials and quality validations
- Drive GMP, AIB, FIF, IPM & FSSC compliance on the shop floor
- Manage customer complaints, CAPA processes, audits, and quality documentation
- Support continuous improvement in food safety systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to instill a strong quality culture
