About the Role
As an Assistant Manager – Quality, you will oversee quality control operations, ensuring accurate and timely testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. You’ll play a key role in maintaining GLP and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement across laboratory processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing of raw materi als and finished products
- Analyze batches using HPLC / HPTLC / UPLC-MS and bioactive testing
- Manage and review raw material Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
- Prepare CoAs for product release
- Assess shelf-life extension requests
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
- Adhere to ISO 17025:2017 and GLP standards
- Maintain lab hygiene, safety, and cleaning schedules

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics / Natural Products / Analytical Chemistry) or equivalent
Experience & Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in a Quality Laboratory
- Strong hands-on experience with natural products & herbal extracts
- Instrumentation expertise
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
