Minimum 3 to 4 years Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Domain OR Experience as an AM – Quality Assurance / Sr. Executive – QA

Package Range: 4.5 LPA – 75.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met and maintained
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for any quality issues
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and protocols

Train and mentor QA team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and reports

Educational Qualification, W ork Experience & Key Competencies Required:

B.Sc Microbiology / M.Sc Microbiology / B.Tech / M.Tech Food Technology or equivalent
Good understanding of the domain of food safety, RCA & CAPA, quality standards
Well versed with FSSAI regulations for the catering industry
6 days working
Travelling & own vehicle required
Rotational week off
