Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement quality control processes for all manufactured products
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports
- Investigate and resolve product quality complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within FMCG
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Proven ability to conduct and manage quality audits
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
