About the Role:
As Assistant Manager – Quality & Food Safety, you will:
- Oversee food safety systems and regulatory compliance across product development and manufacturing.
- Align Herbalife India’s SOPs with global policy requirements.
- Conduct audits, drive training, and lead corrective actions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure quality standards like FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSSAI are met.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Tech, Pharma, or related fields.
- FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC 22000 certified.
- 10+ years in a relevant industry with strong QA/FSMS expertise.
- Skilled in documentation, MS Office, audits, and compliance systems.
