Assistant Manager Quality at PepsiCo

PepsiCo is looking for an Assistant Manager Quality to join our team and oversee various quality management and food safety initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of finished goods, raw material approvals, packaging projects, and implementing continuous improvements within the plant. You will also lead quality engineering, process control, and integrated pest management programs, all while ensuring adherence to customer complaints, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process control checks, compliance training, and daily shopfloor monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to resolve deviations and enhance product quality.
- Manage food safety programs, regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting of packaging initiatives.
- Drive site quality engineering, packaging material testing, and lead quality culture initiatives.
- Oversee the site’s CAPA process, internal audits, and manage vendor NCRs.
- Ensure adherence to packaging specifications, documentation, and compliance with food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- A graduate in a relevant domain, preferably Food Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, ideally in an MNC environment.
