Description:
We are urgently seeking an Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the bread and bakery industry and hold a B.Tech degree in Food Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and policies.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Train and supervise quality control staff.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
