- Food Processing & Preservation Technology
- Food & Packaging Material Analysis
- Hazard Analysis, CCP Monitoring & Recording
- SOP Preparation, GMP & GLP Implementation
- Global Food Safety Standards (FSSC 22000, BRC, FSMA, etc.)
- Strong experience in QA, audits, and food safety
