Are you passionate about maintaining high standards in the food industry? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager QA & Compliance to join our team!

Experience: 4-5 years in the Food Sector
Qualification: Applied Chemist / Food Technologist / Food Engineer (with Lead Auditor course)

Location: SITE area Karachi

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, implement, and check ISO9001:2015, Halal, GMP standards within the company.

Ensure compliance with acceptable standards, develop objective policies and procedures, provide assistance, gather feedback, and address non-conformity issues.
Stay updated on regula tory requirements and industry best practices in compliance control.

Conduct training sessions as per needs assessments to maintain quality and productivity, covering areas such as GMP, GWP, ISO 19011 guidelines, Halal Management, FSMS, and Occupational Health & Safety.
Implement improvements in production processes to enhance overall product quality.
Introduce quality tools and develop Quality Control techniques to optimize manufacturing processes.
Address customer complaints, liaise with raw material suppliers on quality issues, and supervise the final product quality assurance process.
