We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager – Production (Shift Incharge) in Indore.
Position Details:
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the Biscuits industry.
- Qualification: B.Tech (Food Technology) / M.Sc.
- Location: Indore
- Industry Preference: FMCG (Biscuits)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production shift operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve daily targets.
- Monitor and optimize the production process, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards throughout the production line.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to address any issues that may arise during the shift.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports to the senior management.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
