ADS Spirits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Assistant Manager – Production & Quality to join our manufacturing team. If you have a strong background in liquor production, blending, and quality assurance, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily blending and bottling operations to ensure timely production targets are met.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes at all stages of production.
- Ensure compliance with excise rules, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed batch manufacturing records, SOPs, and inspection reports.
- Lead, train, and supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflow and safety practices.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Identify areas of improvement and assist in process optimization.
- Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained in the production area.
- Assist in audits and inspections (internal & external).
Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Food Science
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years (Liquor industry preferred)
