Position: Assistant Manager – Production (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Industry: Food / Frozen Food Manufacturing
Experience Required: 5–8 years
(Food industry experience is mandatory)
Assistant Manager – Production (Food Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily production operations and manpower
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, hygiene, and safety standards
Achieve production targets with optimum efficiency and cost control
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Planning teams
Monitor KPIs, downtime, wastage, and implement corrective actions
Support audits, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc
(Food Technology / Production / Mechanical or related fields)
