We’re looking for a skilled professional with 5–8 years of FMCG experience to manage end-to-end production operations and support CAPEX & factory projects.
Key Requirements:
• Strong expertise in production planning, process optimization & quality compliance
• Hands-on experience with CAPEX, project execution & factory coordination
• Background in dairy, ghee, jaggery, or organic food production preferred
• Proven ability to manage shop floor teams and daily operations
