Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze plan vs. actual reports for production targets and shift work.
Lead quality improvement projects (QIPs) and recommend improvement measures.
Monitor production parameters such as quantity, quality, machine utilization, and uptime.
Address technical challenges and provide solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure operators adhere to quality requirements and norms.
Maintain and update daily production and shift reports.
Implement innovative ideas to optimize machine, manpower, energy, and process usage.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in production or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety guidelines.
Hands-on experience in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizens.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in maintaining and updating documentation like logs, safety sheets, and quality records.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve efficiency and quality issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
