At Freshtohome, we are looking for a passionate professional to drive innovation in our RTC / RTE (Veg & Non-Veg) product portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ideate and develop innovative RTC/RTE products
Develop new culinary-based product prototypes at R&D level
Build and customize value-added product baskets as per requirements
Improve and modify existing product formulations and standardize commercialization
Scale up new products and standardize manufacturing processes
Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards for cold chain products
Conduct sensory evaluation of new products
Maintain project trackers and adhere to product launch timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shelf-life studies, product specs, process optimization, and legal requirements
